Morning Practice

Practice is a vital part of virtually all spiritual and self-development paths.

You are invited to join one of three offerings:

  • Sitting meditation (sometimes known as mindfulness)
  • Yoga – speaks for itself
  • Qi Gong – combination of movement and meditation

Dharma

Dharma is our word for teachings, framing, articulating the story we want to bring. Marc Gafni is a world expert in this and can articulate an extraordinary vision of today and the future while avoiding dogma or being too prescriptive. He draws his dharma from many wisdom traditions, while also tapping the latest developments in the worlds of science, psychology, sociology and politics.

Embodiment Exercises

Homo Amor does not only learn with his mind. All the main themes of the teachings need to also to be felt, expressed, and stored in our bodies and energetic system. James and other contributors have a wealth of experience in creating and facilitating workforms and rituals which anchor the learnings.

Reflection and Sharing

In order to complete the process of transformative learning, we need to be able to make sufficient sense of our experiences and ideally share these reflections with others who bear witness to our learning process.

Movement, Dance and Celebration

The evening program will tend to be more playful as we sing, dance and celebrate both our togetherness and the important steps we have made during the day. The Saturday night will turn into a more elaborate and spectacular mix of live music, DJ’s, dressing up and performance artists – while always remaining true to the spirit of Homo Amor!
